Business hours posted online are not accurate. They leave a sign on the door for the hours that day. They are completely unreachable by phone. They want you to text but will not respond for hours. Would not allow me to make changes on my joint policy because they didn’t like me suggesting that I will be taking my business elsewhere. when confronted with a complaint about customer service they threaten with harassment charges. Very unprofessional service from this agency. Would not recommend giving these people your money."

"I had the worst experience with Wendy at this state farm office. I have been sending in a form for 3 months, and none of the people in this office could contact me to say it was missing something. Like I'm supposed to know their protocols. I dont work there, thats not my job. I called and left voice-mails, have sent multiple emails, and nothing. Crickets. They have been overcharging me for 3 months and refused to contact me in person until today when I said I'd get another agent who could help me in a TIMELY, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL manner. The absolute worst in customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I did."

"A little over a month ago I was in a car accident (some guy attempted to make a u turn in a parking lot and could clear the curb, put his car into reverse and back right into my drive side door), Cindy answered my call on a weekend, between her and her team, they helped me get all the information i needed. The helped me file a claim with the other drivers insurance and even helped me in filing a claim with them when we discovered the other driver's policy was cancled months prior. So greatful they take such care of their clients."
